I am most well-known through my Instagram account @annephung. In this blog, I will share my story-the highs, the lows and everything in-between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America along with my brother and parents at the age of one-and-half. Without my parents' love of perseverance and sacrifice it is likely that I would not be with you sharing my story. When I realized that I had the potential to achieve a better future and I wanted to succeed and make my parents happy. My plan of life was: I would study at university, land work in a corporate then marry, and purchase an apartment. It was my idea of what it would take to be successful. But life had other ideas. In 2013 I found myself looking forward to going back to work. job. The money and the status didn't bring me happinessIt was that I was throwing my time and energy in exchange for a salary when I knew I was destined for something more. In 2013, I realized that my passion was fitness. I also enjoyed getting out and about to aid others. In the process of pursuing this direction change in my life, I started to find private training. In 2014 I started my own business, and in the 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Within this industry it is not a lot of Asian females. As a coach, I want to make a difference through providing high-quality training that will aid others to become healthier and more content. In addition, I wish for everyone to be able to pursue their goals and accomplish whatever they want in their life. When my work began to take off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my life to datein the death of my Mom. After an eight-year struggle with the disease, she is at peace at Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and will always remember her in my mind as well as my heart. We can learn a lot from life, even though we might not be able to recognize it right now. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I believe she gave me another chance to live my life. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance I was given a second chance at living the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. When I reach the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. It is true that I am living my life now, rather than just existing just like I did previously. My story is made available to me so that I may share with you my experiences and words. This can help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You are capable of accomplishing anything you wish and more. Therapy is essential as is regular. Health is the greatest riches. Since death is the only thing we have in life I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
