Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira was born on the 26th of May 1978 in Campinas Sao Paulo, Brazil. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) as well as A Indomada (1997) are some of her most notable films. Ana Paula Oliveira is a Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime member. She joined in March of 2020. She manages the Assassination Witness and is part of the GI-TOC's Multilateral Engagement Team. The GI TOC's research focuses on assassinations (including disappearances), violence, and various other forms of crime in relation to illicit economies. Research interests include the effects of organized criminality on the law, policies and laws related with human rights. Ana Paula has an LL.M. Cum laude (with honors) of honors in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She also holds an LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations by Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor degree magna cum laude in Legal and Social Sciences by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Her legal experience is comprised of four years in a law firm that specialises in the area of public law litigation. Other past experience includes assisting for non-governmental organizations that have their offices within Rio de Janeiro.
